Given how much I love food, before this trip I would have definitely gone with that. Now I would splurge on accommodation and save my money on food. The place you stay can make or break your experience for a city, regardless of what you eat. Plus the food I like to eat is usually cheap!
I love trying new food when I travel but I think I would prefer to get air conditioning and WiFi in my room… My vote is for splurging on the room!
FOOD! I am definitely looking forward to trying lots of interesting food, which will require eating out…..but ask me a few months from now 😉
