This sounds yummy! It is one of the top 10 things I want to eat when I visit Thailand in February 🙂
Make it #1. 🙂 You have to get a good one though. Our best mango sticky rice is in Chiang Mai at the Chiang Mai gate night market, and at the Warorot market.
You must try it – Sticky rice with coconut milk poured over it is melt in your mouth delicious (and the ripe mango is ofcourse perfect). I will have to send you over my other 9 favorite foods in Thailand 🙂

Beautiful mangos. This was on Khao San Road. Not what we would recommend for mango sticky rice, but hey, it’s cheap.
