Today is Get Fit Thursday! Here is a timed workout I wrote for you to do this weekend. No excuses – it will only take you around 15 minutes!! If you are feeling ambitious go through it 2 – 3 times.
Plank Workout
1 min plank
30 second side plank (each side)
50 Squats
1 min plank
30 sec side plank (each side)
1 min pushups
1 min plank
30 sec side plank (each side)
1 min bulgarian split squats
1 min plank
30 sec side plank (each side)
1 min tricep dips
1 min plank
30 sec side plank (each side)
1 min russian twists

I have no idea what a Bulgarian side squat is, I’m going to have to look that one up.

I agree – there are no excuses to do some workout daily. 15 minutes is just nothing but can keep you strong, fit and healthy when travelling :).

If you haven’t checked it out there is an app called Sworkit which is great for traveling. They have timed workouts for interval training. You can get the free one or pay .99 for one that has a voice to it. It’s also great for home.
